This beautiful 1700sq. ft. townhouse is located in the Kingsbury area of South Lake Tahoe, Nevada. just minutes from skiing, gambling, and casino shows.

Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, etc. Lots of decks for summer relaxation!

LOCATION: Three miles up Kingsbury Grade from  Highway 50, Lake Tahoe, Nevada. This home is approximately 1/2 mile to either of the HEAVENLY VALLEY ski lifts on the Nevada side.

ACCOMMODATIONS: Two bedrooms contain Queen sized beds (one of these rooms has a single hideabed sofa also); one bedroom has two twins, living room has a Queen sofa, and the large loft has a Queen sofa. Two bathrooms, washer and dryer, cable TV, stereo, hot tub, sauna, wet bar, woodburning fireplace, barbecue, three decks, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, disposal and microwave.

SKIING: Boulder and Stagecoach Lifts can be reached by a short (1/2 mile) drive or by catching the ski shuttle which stops right at the corner. Heavenly Valley opens Thanksgiving Day. From Heavenly, Nevada, you can ski to California! Since Heavenly is located at 7000' there is usually snow but "just in case" Heavenly has lots of snow making equipment. We've found that the Nevada side is usually less crowded--the locals call it a "best kept secret"

GOLF: Edgewood Golf Course is located just three miles away and is rated as one of the top 25 public golf courses in the country.

RECREATION: In addition to the watersports and casino shows you normally expect to find around Lake Tahoe you will find many day excursions available such as a drive to Virginia City or a drive to Wallys Hot Springs (where Mark Twain and President Ulysses S. Grant "took the waters", located in the quaint city of Genoa, where the movie "Misery" was filmed.

RULES: THIS IS A NO SMOKING RENTAL. We also ask you to leave the pets at home---otherwise there are no "rules".

DEPOSITS: Upon reservation we will need a credit card imprint plus two nights deposit (refundable with 1 weeks cancellation). Your credit card imprint is used as a damage deposit; the deposit goes towards your final payment which is due 1 month prior to arrival. There is a mandatory $115. cleaning fee,
